I would recommend removing all reference to anyone but the subject matter. In fact, wouldn't even post any reference if this were an isolated case. See, I just don't think it's worth it. You are fighting a lost cause. The most viable solution is for the community to speak with the council and act as a group. If someone makes a mistake and eats a sandwich..with room for cars to pass, then I honestly do not consider it worthy. It's not the crime of the century. No, neither am I an inconsiderate driver. But if you want to see real assholes on our roads then there's real footage you can find. This to me is only worth mentioning if the guy routinely stops there and even then we don't know if they'd been approached, or even if the council has been spoken to. Live and let live.
