YH03CMF Silver FORD FOCUS ZETEC AUTO 2003 Hatchback.
This driver was a tailgater and speeder doing about 40 in a 30 zone then trying to make the driver of the vehicle in front go faster by getting so close you could say he was bumming the vehicle in front.
This was along Oxcliffe Road towards Lancaster.
Possible Small Car Syndrome sufferer.
