Obsessive speeder and tailgater in the Newby Bridge and Backbarrow areas of Cumbria on the A590 trying to pass traffic, up the backside of the vehicle in front and aggressively accelerates once there is space to pass and drives off far in excess of the speed limit. I could see him approaching at great speed towards Newby Bridge barging his way past others as he got closer.
