How did you stay with him if he was both going 30 in a 70 and 70 in a 30?
Surely you should have either ended up too far in front of them on motorway, or too far behind them in the 30 zone, to see them in both the 30 and 70 zone in one trip. Something doesn't add up there!

you would have to see the video to beleive the lunacy, -- going very dangerously at 30 to end of motorway blocking in the right hand lane which becomes a 30
Then in the 30 undercutting people doing 30 and tearing along jumping lanes at an easy 60-70. - so yeah at this point he was obviouly leaving me behind at twice the speed
I wondered if he was on something he was being so weird
