All they can cite is treapass IF beyond that crossing it's private. There are also conditions for that, including adequate signage. But even on private land, they cannot physically stop you filming; they can only cite trespass, which is a civil matter.

Good GOD! Shouldn't you know this now? People can and will. Now what? You're a public servant in a public space - he CAN film your interraction. You also approached him, not the other way round. Think otherwise? Go for it. See what happens when your opinions contravine the law, as has been re-iterated countless times by the Chief of Police.
Photography is not a crime. You cannot invent an arrest or detainment for it!!!
