I would hardly call 25mph on a roundabout that size going too fast

correct lane as well and using googlemans and the video i think this is the roundabout in question

I wouldn't say that they are in the wrong lane - they are in the right hand land turning right at a roundabout...how is that the wrong lane? And going too fast? it's within the speed limit and from what I can tell the camera car is matching the speed of others in front.
