Swearing isn't an arrestable offence if only in the in the presence of an officer or officers? And he's arrested for it? Good luck defending that in court..
And you can't threaten someone for not giving their details without first telling them if they are under arrest or you as the officer are issuing them with a fixed penatly notice. And again, he was also arrested for not providing details? Then, again, good luck in court with that - you CANNOT be arrested simply for refusing to identify yourself; a free society doesn't work like that. There's multiple incidents in which officers have been fired for it and for good reaosn.
Still, it all makes for entertainment wrapped us a factual drama, right? Yeah right..

I did NOT see the police officer issue ANY on-the-spot fine for being drunk and disorderly or notice to the effect.
I didn't see any arrest or notification to the effect.
I didn't see any detainment or notification to the effect.
What I effectively appear to have seen, is a police officer threatening to arrest someone simply for not providing their details. You cannot do this.
