picking kids up from a school and parking on the school zig zags, who gives a fuck you can see the place is rammed and she will need to park any where to be on time to pick them up

Doesn't matter. Police now patrol this area at random and are issuing FPNs/warnings to drivers that ignore the zigzags. Also there is no excuse to use your mobile phone whilst driving, even when stopped. The place isn't rammed at all. There are plenty of parking opportunities elsewhere however it's all arrogance and parents decide they want their child to be 'safe' and not have to walk very far.

Driver had her phone held to her ear, she then put it down, which you can clearly see in the video screenshots.
