Shitters like this really shouldnt be out on the road. Same as the fucking T4 brigade on the A30, crawling along at bastard 43mph flat out. Annual road tax should be 2500 minimum on these heaps of shit, rising 500 quid each year its owned.

Toddling along in this old thing sitting in lane 2 even when there's nothing in lane 1. Typical numpty that accelerates as soon as a lorry tries to pass him. Then boxes the lorry in because he's slowed down again. It's a miracle this vehicle has survived so long.

And yes, I'm that close to him because he just cut in front of me again...
