The law needs to seriously change regarding pavement parking. Do drivers not realise roads for cars, pavements for pedestrians. Maybe all the pedestrians should walk in the middle of the road and bring all the cars to a halt. Like they do to pedestrians.

Should leave a note on the car with a link to this page so the owner of the car can see the video. Maybe just maybe he or she has a conscience and will stop parking here. It’s unacceptable that a wheelchair user should be trapped because of one selfish driver who could easily park elsewhere.

this is one of those trouble-making b*ggers in a wheelchair. Could easily have driven down the kerb a long while before he saw the car on the pavement. But no.. 'righty ho, shall i call the police?'.
I've had enough of these people driving their motorised carts around, almost running me over on pavements and in shops.
