Ironic how those stickers on the van are all about safety, when the van itself is creating one major hazard. I would drop a police note through the letter box (anonymously). If that fails, approach the company, the council..and the police. It does look inconsiderate to me.

Fed up of this van ignoring the Highway Code parking too close to a junction. It’s parked like this every day. Turning out of the street is a nightmare as you can’t see what is coming up.
