Terrible driver. Went through a 30 zone doing 50+. Nearly hit the oncoming car. Looks like a teenage slob aswell. I really hope he gets taken of the roads. For the safety of humanity

What a prick. He didn't stop at a zebra crossing when the pedestrians had started to cross at the other side of the road and when we went past a bunch of young high school girls he slowed down and was looking at them. Clearly he's a nonce!
