I am sick of this, the old guy is f word lying, I only threw a coffee cup out of the window, the sandwich pack fell out when i opened the door and i was far too scared of this old guy to get out and pick it up. The sofa i had on the roof fell off as I was effecting my escape, and again , it wasn't safe for me to stop and retrieve it because the old guy was well mad. And i had no more string to tie it back on.

I was looking for somewhere else while at work.
The Costa cup and sandwich packet actually blew out of the window as I turned my car around.
I was running late as I was looking for another address as I previous said. It was not practical to actually stop and pick it up.

This post has come to my attention from persons known to be on Facebook. Yes, in hindsight I maybe blew my top, over reacted. At the time it was justified in my eyes. I work extremely hard to keep the lane clean, tidy, well kept ( and believe me it is a lot of work, especially this time of year) .
I most certainly DO NOT appreciate persons unknown turning up, and launching their sandwich packet & Costa coffee cup in my driveway. Wrong to assume nobody would see, I was sat in my motor listening to radio two waiting for a hire company to drop off a machine. This buffoon drove off so I followed him. He then proceeded to make obscene gestures when I drove up behind him, so I just saw red. Anyway, I gave him a piece of my mind and as far as I am concerned, that’s the end of the matter.

I shouldn’t have driven close to his car down the lane, Or called him the C word. I should have just reported this guy and his car to 101, as I honestly had no idea of his intentions. I certainly didn’t expect the hand gestures out the window , especially as I was on my land, going along , just minding my own business. I’m certain this ‘gentleman’ too would be very enraged if someone just skulked up, launching their lunch remains out of the window pretty much on my door step. I have already apologised for shouting/following this guy back out of my private road.

Male driver in his 40s, who throws empty crisp packets out of the window of his cars and fly tips. I was about to take a picture of him fly tipping as evidence, but he had a big metal pole in the back of the pickup truck and tried to throw it at me and my car, so i got in my car and sped off. so I was unable to get a pic of him.
