I sent a message to Arrow Cars (Castleford) a while ago and it turns out that they've blocked me via Facebook. I call that GUILT. They know they've done wrong but refuse to admit it. It's also common for their drivers to park illegally on double yellows outside their depot. I'd avoid this company.
They haven't got the guts to admit that they've done wrong. If I ever need a taxi, I'll make sure I never use this firm. Why should my money go towards a company who's clearly guilty, but won't admit? I'd recommend anyone else to steer clear of this taxi firm too.

I was crossing and noticed this taxi driver with a Wakefield taxi number of 1511 looking down a lot. He then just pulled his phone up to his ear and started a call. I stopped and swiftly took his photograph and pointed at him to make him aware. He didn't care and just carried on with his phone to his ear. Reported to his company and if they don't reply to me, I'll go to Wakefield council.
