I am the owner of the green mg you hit in the car park at Kidderminster hospital and moved your car to try and get away with it! You then drive of the site on to a public road! Following this incident I checked your details no insurance not or tax! Damaging people's cars and driving off is a criminal offence however you clearly don't care about that let alone damaging someone's pride and joy! One word scum!!!
