5/2/16 Manchester M60 ring road - YS15 ZTB finds it clever to drive though 50mph average speed at 40mph in outside lane, then when someone undertakes finds it funny to brake test the innocent car behind. Well it's all caught on video.

It doesn't look empty.. It looks occupied by the silver car who was speed matching until he decided to floor it past, need a longer clip to be sure? How about asking why the Mondeo wasn't using it..?

If the centre lane was empty allowing him to do that why where you not using it? Instead of driving too close to the car in lane three. Looks like barely a car length stopping distance. Not enough.

Chances are the lane hogger was being brake checked by the silver car who was angry that someone was lane hogging so he did a nearside overtake and punishment brake check. Then the silver car probably lane hogged in exactly the same way for the next twenty miles. I see this kind of behaviour on the M60 by German cars every single day. It's Britain! We drive on the LEFT!
