Red Peugeot young girl who decides it's ok to drive through town centre and for a further 2-3 miles on her phone oblivious to anyone crossing the road. I think if she ran someone over she would have been oblivious. Even after beeping at her to get off the phone I get the v signal from her. Obviously a danger to any public and with an attitude like that she is a danger to everyone. i actually felt like getting her to crash into me as I'd have made sure she got the book thrown at her. What is so important to use a phone? Nothing get off and stay off.
