Yesterday he pulled out right in front of my car where he should have given way. As I was slowing down because of his stupid actions he through it was a good idea to brake check me.
He continued to drive well below the speed limit at one point and when going through the village with a 20MPH limit he speed up.
Failed to indicate when turning off.
Beware as I imagine he was most likely drunk!
