Sir, please control how you react. Don't use rude hand gestures and don't approach them. Just keep away. Don't entertain their road rage. Don't do anything that would potentially absolve their wrong-doing. I simply cannot believe how close this woman was at the beginning - how did that come about? Do you have prior footage? She's not just bad, she's fucking lethal and shouldn't be on the road. But you got the footage, right? You got enough info. What I would do is use the horn, ease off the gas (to create a safer stopping distance), and basically do whatever you can to stay safe. That's what's most important, not arguing the toss with someone who can't drive for shit.
