Small black car came speeding up behind me, I was doing 50mph in the outside lane on a section of dual carriageway through monmouth (50mph limit) . This vehicle then decided to undertake me on the inside lane, and pulled in front of me. There was no need for this manoeuvre, as the vehicle then carried on straight ahead towards ross on wye. I was in the right hand lane to drive around the roundabout. On checking dvla website, the registration was not recognised.
