Doing 20 in a 60 is unnecessary and dangerous. Nothing to do with reporting hitting it, it's the fact this careless driver had no awareness of what was around them in the slightest. Too busy counting blades of grass like every other idiot out there.

Crawling along at 20mph in a 60 and still couldn't stop for a hare that ran into the road. Smashed into it and killed it without even bothering to tap the brakes. Didn't stop to check it. Not even sure they realised they hit it to be honest. Idiot.
