This driver was speeding through Weeton and although the stretch between Weeton and Singleton has a 40 mph limit, he overtook vehicles and did about 60mph. The progress he made was cancelled out as he was held up at temporary traffic lights in Singleton. Definitely a perv speeder.

Two youths in this vehicle. Driver pulls out of Kempton Road, Hala onto Bowerham Lane without stopping almost going into another vehicle but stopped in time.
Continued along Bowerham Road pumping back and forth to the vehicle in front all the way to Pointer Roundabout (backing off then excess speed close up to the backside of the vehicle in front). Looked like he was harassing the driver of the vehicle in front he nearly went into but was annoyed because this driver who had right of way didn’t stop for him.
