This douchebag early can't read and should be driving. Leaves his car parked in a turning circle marked clearly KEEP CLEAR. Used by police, fire etc to turn in a busy car park at the back of 42 St Andrews Drive in Pollokshields. Plonker decides to park there every day blocking the essential space and right over the top of 3 foot high words KEEP CLEAR.
