Driver has cut corner onto incorrect side of the road in an attempt to intimate crossing pedestrian who was clear of his path. The driver used no signal to indicate his manoeuvre yet processed to make hand gestures and shout from his vehicle to blame the pedestrian despite rule 8 of the highway code clearing stating the pedestrian has right of way.
Driver was a white male approximately 50 years of age.
Vehicle is a 2016 Grey Fiat Abarth 595.
