Driver doing burn out in car park nearly hitting cars and tubby friend filming it. Disregard for a female driver reversing who he nearly hit then stared out. Tried covering his numberplate with fake one but this security camera caught it.

The driver of this car is a complete scumbag/yob/scally...basically a complete waste of oxygen. He thinks he owns the road.

Parked behind her, left a more than reasonable space, when she ran, and I emphasise RAN, to the car in a disabled space, instantly aggressive to the two feet I left behind her and the front of my car, I almost offered to move back if she was not confident, but so aggressive I considered moving closer (but thought why should I go down to her level) she screamed all sorts of abuse about my disability and drove off, reporting to the police

Burn outs in public car park intimidating other users. Driver's friend laughing and filming. Driver frowned unrepentantly at other driver as he drove off. Used fake plates to try and cover his real plates.
