This driver hit my daughters car in Fulbourn Tesco car park and refused to give her details, then drove off. She was undertaking on the wrong side of the road. Red Hyundai car. She does however work for Cambridge university.

Driver thinks it is entirely acceptable to have their plate written out as ALL 55OP. Why arent people like this just torn from the roads?
