Travelling 50 mph on a countryside single carriageway. Wet weather and dark. This car travelling behind me and could not see his number plate. I had to slow to a stop over a distance as if I had slowed down normally he would probably hit me. After pulling over the then disappeared into the distance clearly breaking the speed limit. I caught up with him about five minutes later in a built up area with me travelling 40 - 50. I had three young children in the car so felt it the best course of action to pull over to put their safety first. His actions got him no quicker to his destination.

This (blind) driver moved down from the pavement, as he parked his car on my way to called, who I believed to be his concubine, and soaked me and my friend with his 2 left wheels on St.George Place near Badham Pharmacy in Cheltenham. He then drove for 50 yards before making a u-turn, which made I expected to receive apology, but he just speeded away with any sign of tragic or realised the mistake. However, I managed to recorded the plate from that dark land rover, drove by a peasant.

driving drunk, not going fast, tailgating us, minimum speed and won't stay in a straight line or turn properly.

Maybe be a bit slower when you drive into a parking space and leave me your number so we can talk, thanks :) luckily you did more damage to yourself than to me. Be more careful :)
