Was taking my kids to area 25 and there was a driver speeding and driving in a bad manner. Very disappointed in the driver

Woman drove into a supermarket car park in Bromsgrove after having negotiated a busy roundabout (in heavy rain) and all the time using a hand held mobile phone. Obviously a phone call more important than the safety of other people.
