Man driving. Went through the traffic calming measure when his way was not clear and not his right of way causing gridlock through woodplumpton at peak time. When advised by several pedestrians and drivers to back up he did nothing. Causing delays for everyone.

saw this idiot speed through a red light doing over 50 in a 30 while on his phone and then swerved without indicating down another street nearly taking out two pedestrians. i saw him park up and get out after revving it like mad and jumped out and took a couple of pictures. should be taken off the road absolute disgrace driving like he was drunk couldnt even keep in a straight line no idea how angry i am to have to write this.
