This driver kept winking at me at a traffic light wasn’t to see if he was winking at me or my kids!

Reported him if you smelt weed or thought he was drunk then via crime stoppers website. They’ll do a drugs wipe and make him blow in the bag if the police get behind him at funny o’clock.
People need to think outside the box.
