LOL Ever considered working for METRO newspaper? They seem to like going out of their way to generally cause trouble and take offense at innocuous things (especially when it fits their agenda). Better yet why don't you and METRO move to North Korera?
If the car park is private or private property with public access, then do the same road laws apply. Not trying to be an arse or defend what they were doing, I think it's stupid and dangerous. Just want to educate myself better on the law.
