It looks like AP56 EUC may well be fit for nothing more than the banger circuit. Hopefully it's driver will similarly be removed from public roads for a while too, the longer the better. Even if not I hope they take the time to consider their carelessness has caused death, trauma and heartbreak, be adult enough to accept any punishment and amend their ways in the future.
