As long as it is parked according to tlaw, taxed, insured, mot noting wrong with it. A 14 plate merc? The council won't even go near it, it's a new car. And what if someone's gone on holiday?
Yes they are allowed to park there, but that's not the point.
They should be plugged in, not taking up the space preventing someone else from charging.
