Also seen this car in the east hull area had a couple of young lads in the back , with some really bad music being played really loud , the front of the car was painted gold reminded me of a jim'll fix it medallion.
No doubt the police will catch him at some point as the car is noisy and very slow

This man undertook me at 80+ mph, swerved back into lane 2 and slammed on the brakes. He refused to let me safely take my exit as he followed me to a services where he proceeded to fire racial abuse towards me with derogatory terms against my African ancestry as I tried to fill my car up, it ended with him attempting to key my car throwing a can of coke at my windshield slightly chipping it

Old guy stopped with engine running across a number of parking spaces by the entrance and exit merge lanes, causing other drivers to get very confused and then have to manoeuvre around him.
Poor chap was fiddling with something, not sure if it was a phone. I genuinely think he might need some help and should consider giving up driving as he doesn't seem "all there".
