Naughty naughty, this driver covers his rear number plate when leaving the Sainsbury's carpark in Potters Bar at 6pm every evening to avoid being captured by the carpark ANPR camera.
This Merc came speeding up and down the motorway and then turning off the junction as I did, soon enough he didn't follow the roundabout rules and many people were hooting at him and he drove at 60 mph towards Guildford.
Looks like they're trying to compensate for something. And failing miserably.
