The reason you had to brake heavily was because you didn't notice the brake lights come on from the car in front of you and I'm guessing that is because of what's in your right hand.

Absolute lunatic driving round Stoke, weaving and brake checking and driving far too fast then far too slow. Brake checked HGV and a car. I saw he had a big wife and kids in his clapped out car too...
