Small white van - a bearded youth with head down texting or similar on mobile - for about 1.5 to 2 miles, not paying attention to the road whilst driving on my bumper.

This moron is a danger to himself and everyone around him. Sat in lane 2 mile after mile with no traffic around. Moved to lane 3 to try & stop me passing for no reason. Jabbing the brakes and swerving between lanes when in traffic. Sat in lane 3 causing a tailback then swerving across the motorway at the last second to reach the exit.
