Complete pleb of a driver driving too fast down a narrow road hitting one parked car so hard he wrote it off causing him to spin, go through my front fence and crash into another car before driving off

Speeding car, ignorned mini roundabout in Hornchurch 9/12/16, continued to drive erratically at considerable speed without any consideration for other road users. Checked number plate with DVLA and no record was found!

This driver if you can call it driving overtook on a blind bend. If it wasn't for the good driving of the other vehicles it would have resulted in a head on collision. Also rolled back on hill start hit front of car and drive off. Watch out for this car !,
