This is a taxi rank. People take no notice now of any on road parking restrictions and if they get a ticket they will probably kick up a fuss, even though it’s their own stupid fault.

Saw this White Tesla driver make a dangerous overtake on a hyundai ioniq on streatfield road (Harrow, London) and then proceed to brake check then stick his middle finger up to the ioniq car. Dangerous behaviour and as a pedestrian on the road at the time, there was a high chance of an accident affecting myself (who was on the pavement walking)
