Two youths in this vehicle. Driver pulls out of Kempton Road, Hala onto Bowerham Lane without stopping almost going into another vehicle but stopped in time.
Continued along Bowerham Road pumping back and forth to the vehicle in front all the way to Pointer Roundabout (backing off then excess speed close up to the backside of the vehicle in front). Looked like he was harassing the driver of the vehicle in front he nearly went into but was annoyed because this driver who had right of way didn’t stop for him.

I'd just got in my car and was intending to turn right out of a supermarket carp park onto a busy main road with AJ12 UJZ in front of me.
Further ahead I saw cyclist also wanting to turn right and positioned accordingly. However for some reason AJ12 UJZ decided to try and squeeze to their right and nudge fowards.
Would you do it to a car? Cyclists need at least as much room. And just because there's a cycle lane on the main road they can use (if they choose), it doesn't mean it's safe to over-take them.
Trying to turn right at the same time as a right-turning cyclist immediately in front of you is extremely dangerous - just stay back and given them ample room, as required, and no doubt everyone will be grateful for it, OK?
