Also seen this car in the east hull area had a couple of young lads in the back , with some really bad music being played really loud , the front of the car was painted gold reminded me of a jim'll fix it medallion.
No doubt the police will catch him at some point as the car is noisy and very slow

Biker superhero blocks bus from driving up hill, whilst overtaking parked cars… the stand-off was for many minutes. Some passengers had to get off the bus and walk up the hill, rather than wait any longer.
