Parked up literally feet from the pedestrian crossing at a busy road on an industrial site causing a severe lack of viability to those waiting to cross and equally for other road uses approaching. Plenty of space to pull over safely just yards up the road.

This car was tailgating a slower driver and then proceeded to park over a double yellow on the pavement to get some sandwiches from Tesco and proceeded to sit on the double yellow and eat them - Selfish and arrogant as there is a perfectly good car park about 20 feet away
