Old guy stopped with engine running across a number of parking spaces by the entrance and exit merge lanes, causing other drivers to get very confused and then have to manoeuvre around him.
Poor chap was fiddling with something, not sure if it was a phone. I genuinely think he might need some help and should consider giving up driving as he doesn't seem "all there".

2009 Range Rover with fake vanity plate number ALZ 5871 (It's actually a north of Ireland plate from Armagh) and seems not to be able to remember his driving lessons and do the basics of "Mirror, Signal and Manoeuvre"
But he does like to test his brakes on a fast running dual carriageway!!!
Probably the "Penny Executive" in the Old Range Rover Sport seems to forget that he may be able to boss and bully people about in his professional life, but when on the road he's just like the rest of us and has to drive to an acceptable standard.
