last tuesday i was driving around the potters green area when i came across this fully blacked out car (illegally tinted windows wonder why). it was driving in front of me and the driver appeared to be very angry at the passengers who appeared to be a female but let me not assume. the rear tints were very dark but i could make out very faintly him either punching or slapping the passenger, it was very hard to see due to the tints but i was very shocked to come across this on a quiet drive, after he had attacked the passenger he sped off at speeds which were very illegal (the road is 30mph and he was going about 50).
