Driver completely cut me off on my bicycle while turning left across the cycle lane. Didn't get out of his van to check if I was hurt. When I tried to talk with him, he was insulting and rude!

Absolute bottom barrel scum of society. This individual suffers with what we call a "1 inch wonder" and has to assert his power by driving like a bellend. Danger to society, unfortunately the lenient policing in this country means he will probably not face action for his behaviour we have seen already, but hopefully one day he tries it on the wrong person.
