Flat tyres and as a result, the car was looking very unsteady and showing erratic movements. Staying in over taking lane on a3 completely unaware of what is going on around. The women driver looked completely spaced out and kept braking at random times - no idea of the cars around her. Possibly drunk or drugged or simply a very bad driver - dangerous!

Absolutely appauling and reading signs and merging in turn!
Typical financed mercedes blocking by driving next to and not holding back slightly and not allowing entry into the lane and ignoring the merge in turn lanes. Car behind then does the same.
We then get a middle finger and 2 fingers up when trying to merge as required.
When leaving the lights at Junction 10 we then get another middle finger hahaha.
What we did was perfectly legal and sign posted to do; If people read code 134 again you'll see to use both lanes as it will cause less tailbacks and congestion!!
