This driver used his lorry as a weapon dangerous and just pure pathetic driving no intentions of stopping when cutting me and 3 other cars up in a filter lane absolute T$sser
Well, this is the first time I've ever done this, but I felt I had to after almost being crashed into twice by the same driver in the same place!
This morning, this idiot pulled right out in front of me on Duffield Bank, between Duffield and Makeney. He did exactly the same thing a few months ago - and drove like a prize prat after that incident as well.
Today, after slamming on my brakes and honking my horn, he became the typical testosterone-high BMW driver, waving his arms about and either driving at about 60mph in a 30mph zone or driving at about 15mph. I guess it was all my fault really. After all, he owns the road - or thinks he does.
Sometimes he would stop the car completely and wave his arms about. At Little Eaton island, I pulled alongside him and then overtook him (perfectly legally). He didn't like that one bit! He then nearly caused another pile-up at the next island as he tried to "reclaim his lead". Idiot!
Oh yeah, then (as he was driving) he stuck his arm out of the window, holding his phone, presumably to take a photo of me - as though I was the bad guy here. All I'd done was honk my horn and sarcastically clap at some of his shocking manoeuvres.
This clown really should take a course in how to drive safely before he kills someone.
You really need to learn what a stopping distance means.
Just over a car length (14-18 feet?) at 70 mph is just way too close.
And then looking to undertake as I am about to pull over out your way as you are so obviously impatient....
What is thinking distance?
Thinking distance is the distance the car travels after the person driving has seen the danger but before they’ve applied the brakes.
Thinking distance is roughly 1 foot for every 1 mph you are travelling. In other words, if you are travelling at 30mph then your thinking distance is approximately 30 feet.
This car reversed towards pedestrians on crossing on Marlylebone Road W1 after shooting past red lights. When people shouted at her to stop, she put one finger up - shouldn't be on road
9am this morning going along Scotswood road in Newcastle. I was driving at 50 in a 50mph zone which then turns into a 30mph zone. This guy thought he was clever buy literally driving right on my bumper leaving hardly any room and as I looked into my mirror I saw him going mental . Lip reading all those foul words and swearing at me with his abusive sign language. Then he overtakes and does the same from my right side. He had to stop at lights so I pulled up at his side and asked what his problem was and again more abuse. Definitely need the company he works for to teach him a lesson
