Anti Social behaviour, revving engine and beeping horn. Parking on my driveway to turn around and race up the road again. Caught on film.

Doesn't seem very competent on the roads. Was unfortunately stuck behind him in Bristol, he didn't go on a green light until horned then leaves his indicator on whilst in the middle lane down the motorway. Bad driver.
