We were going down the dual-carriageway doing about 45mph in the right-hand lane when this idiot pulls out of a T-junction right in front of us, giving us barely any time to react. He continued down the dual-carriageway in the same lane doing about 10mph and was completely unaware of what just happened.

This driver pulled into the slow lane today on the a12 going towards Hatfield peverel. His back end almost collided with the front of my car . So had to break and pull into the hard shoulder . I had my 14 year old son in the front . So angry at his careless driving
