Top driving from the camera car.. leaving plenty of space and not seeing red myst in so far as putting the desire to catch the idiot in the van above the need to stay safe. As for said idiot in van.. this is what you see in Manchester; a third-world crap-hole infested with a sizeable minority of third-world standard drivers. The van couldn't even stay out the bike box.. and you wonder why cyclists, drivers and pedestrians get pissed? And of course, the moment the lights change to green what happens? Let's race other drivers..especially if they have a camera (hmm something to hide messers white van prat?). People like the driver in this van are also partly responsible for the reason why so many cyclist (and drivers) are dying on our roads..selfish prat.
